What are the return and exchange requirements?

If you encounter the following issues with the product you ordered from Trimui.net, you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange:
·Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items.
·Malfunction or Serious Product Quality Issues.
·Unopened and in original condition product– i.e., in original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact.
DISCLAIMER: Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered that are not suitable for resale will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Merchandise showing malicious physical damage caused by customers are not covered under this policy. We reserve the right not to accept returns for credit after 15 days of the original ship date. 

How do I place a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at support@trimui.net and send us the following information, so that we can confirm your order and deal with your after-sale problems more quickly.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address . The replacement and refund process will be initiated as soon as we have received your returned product.

How long does the return process take?

Once your returning package has been received by our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.
We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take 2-7 business days to complete.

When will I receive my refund?

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-14 business days,depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
Please note that holidays can delay the processing of your refund. Should you have any questions regarding this, do not hesitate to submit a request on this.

All Trimui's machine come with a one-year warranty, including repair and ongoing support of your machine.
